CLIENT REGISTRATION AGREEMENT:

This Agreement governs the registration and use of services provided by Zakriya Gold Bullion Exchange Pakistan (ZGBX Spot) Exchange Pakistan (ZGBX Spot) for the purchase and sale of gold and silver. By completing the registration process and using our platform, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions

1. Registration:

• By registering with ZGBX Spot, you agree to provide accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your name, contact details, CNIC (front and back), and proof of address.
• Your registration and use of our services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Use of the Platform:

• After successful registration, you will receive login credentials (username and password) to access your account on our platform.
• You agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes related to the purchase and sale of gold and silver.
• ZGBX Spot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any terms of use.

3. Purchasing and Selling Products:

• Once registered, you may buy or sell gold and silver through our platform according to the spot/forward rates displayed.
• All transactions are subject to the pricing, payment, and delivery terms outlined on the platform.
• Taxes applicable to transactions will be added as required by the relevant authorities.

4. Client Representations:

• The Client represents that they are legally authorized to engage in transactions involving precious metals and possess the necessary financial resources to do so.
• The Client acknowledges that ZGBX Spot does not provide financial advice, and all decisions to purchase or sell products are made based on their own judgment.

5. Obligations of the Client:

• The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and business rules of ZGBX Spot, as well as any specific instructions provided by ZGBX Spot for the proper conduct of business.
• The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their account details and notify ZGBX Spot immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Indemnity and Liability:

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold ZGBX Spot harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the Client’s use of the platform or any breach of this Agreement.
• ZGBX Spot is not liable for any damages resulting from technical issues, including system failures or connectivity problems.

7. Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep all information related to this Agreement confidential, except as required by law or necessary to perform the services outlined in the Agreement.

8. Termination:

• Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice. ZGBX Spot reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s account in case of any breach of the terms.
• Any outstanding payments or obligations will remain in effect even after termination.

9. Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant courts of Pakistan.

10. Force Majeure:

• Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including acts of God, war, or technical failures
