• "Products" include Spot Gold and Silver offered for trading and physical delivery.

2. Account Registration:

• Clients must complete the registration process on zgbx.com.pk, providing:

o Full Name
o Last Name
o Phone Number
o ID Card (front and back)
o Email Address
o City and Postal Address
o Authorize Bank Details

• Upon successful registration, clients will receive login credentials to access their accounts.

Demo Accounts:

Clients can create a demo account to explore and familiarize themselves with the platform before initiating real trading.

3. Trading Services:

• ZGBX Spot offers Gold and Silver Trading on the MetaTrader 5 platform.
• Clients can trade through the platform via mobile app, web browser, or PC.
• All trades are executed based on real-time market rates provided by ZGBX Spot

4. Physical Delivery:

• Clients can opt for physical delivery of gold or silver.
• Delivery Requirements:

o Delivery will be provided only to the registered and authorized client or their approved representative. o The client must verify the purity and weight of the product at the time of delivery. Complaints will not be entertained after acceptance of delivery. o Delivery location and schedules will be communicated during the process.

5. Fees and Taxes:

• Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes, including FBR, GST and other levies, as per government regulations.

6. Responsibilities and Disclaimers:

• Client's Responsibility:

o Ensure the accuracy of all information provided during registration.
o Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
o Conduct trades based on personal judgment. ZGBX Spot does not provide financial advice.

• ZGBX Disclaimers:

o ZGBX Spot is not liable for any losses resulting from market fluctuations, trading decisions, or technical failures.
o In case of disputes, ZGBX Spot reserves the right to make a final decision.

7. Security and Privacy:

• ZGBX Spot ensures the security of client information and transactions. However, clients are advised to maintain secure internet connections and devices.
• Personal data is used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law

8. Termination of Services:

• ZGBX Spot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform under the following circumstances:

o Non-payment of dues or fees.
o Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
o Non-compliance with ZGBX Spot policies or government regulations

9. Limitation of Liability:

• ZGBX Spot shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by:

12. Intellectual Property Rights:

1. Zakriya Gold Bullion Exchange Pakistan (ZGBX Spot) is a registered trademark under Trademark No. 765315, granted by the Pakistan Intellectual Property Organization (IPO). 2. The registration includes services under Class 36, which encompass:

o Spot Gold Bullion Exchange
o Financial services and monetary affairs
o Inbound and outbound money transfers

3. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or representation of the ZGBX Spot name, logo, or services listed under this clause is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action as per the laws of Pakistan. 4. Clients and third parties are required to respect ZGBX Spot’s intellectual property rights

13. Account Opening Confirmation and Transactions:

1. Account Opening Confirmation:

Upon successful completion of the account opening process, the client will receive a confirmation email from Zakriya Gold Bullion Exchange Pakistan (ZGBX Spot). This email will include:

o Account confirmation details.
o Deposit instructions, including ZGBX Spot’s official bank account details for transactions.

2. Deposits:

o All deposits must be made to the official ZGBX Spot account provided in the confirmation email.
o ZGBX Spot shall not be held responsible for any transactions made to incorrect or unauthorized accounts. Clients are advised to verify account details before proceeding with deposits

3. Withdrawals:

o Clients may withdraw funds only to their registered bank account. o No withdrawals will be processed to unregistered or third-party accounts to ensure compliance with security and anti-fraud measures.

4. Transaction Responsibility:

o ZGBX Spot is not liable for any unauthorized, incorrect, or fraudulent transactions conducted by the client or third parties.
o Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of all transaction details provided during deposits or withdrawals.

5. Disputes on Transactions:

Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to ZGBX Spot within 7 business days of the transaction date for resolution.
